[Shotimes] Timing issue I think.

I think I'm having a timing issue. I believe it has to do with the
computer throwing to much gas at the engine. The reason I believe this
is that since I began feeling the jolting from the engine when I stomp
on the gas, I can smell gas everywhere around the car inside, outside,
under the hood, and under the car. I haven't been able to pinpoint where
the smell is coming from because it's strong no matter where I am. The
most notable time this happens is when I start off in first gear, and
then when I step on the gas while cruising in fifth gear. The engine
seems to stall somewhat and then catch back up as I adjust the gas
peddle accordingly. Do any of you have some suggestions?
