Just want to put this out for planning purposes, details will follow at a
later date.

Here's the link for the dragstrip:

Key thing is that ALL drivers need a helmet. Any helmet will do, and the
track rents them for $5, although a few of us have spares.

It is a full Test-N-Tune day, starting at Noon, and going until 5-6 PM (they
shut it down depending on how many cars are running, etc). They also have a
Free Trophy race where they just run the 1/8 mile. Even doing 3-4 runs, then
coming in and Bsing for awhile, you can usually get an easy 20 runs in. If
you are a diehard and stay out there all day, twice that number is not
unreasonable.

There is a Motel 6 in Auburn Hills that was $40/night for out-of-town folks.
Our usual routine has been that folks come in on Friday, and we meet Friday
night at Big Buck, which is a good microbrewery across from the Motel 6. we
do our racing on Saturday, then gather for food & drink afterward (details
TBD). Out-of-town folks can either leave on Saturday, or hang around another
night and leave Sunday morning.

We have been doing this for a couple of years now, and "a good time is had
by all" for our previous events.

Not mandatory, but I would like a casual RSVP for folks who may be
interested in attending.
