[Shotimes] Hoses, hoses and more hoses

Greetings all,
First hose question: For the power steering fluid.  Is the hose that returns the fluid to the reservoir the one that attaches to the power steering fluid cooler?  I can't see where it comes from as it tucks behind the engine.  If that is the same hose, once I disconnect it, will it come right out, or is it anchored some place else?
2: Where can I get a lower radiator hose?  Every place I go doesn't even have it listed.  Is the easiest way to just get a piece that some what matches--or do they have bulk hose that size--and cut it?  That's what I had to do with the upper as it wasn't a perfect match.
