[Shotimes] REMOVING THE HEADREST??

Last time I tried that I destroyed the plastic things and 
had to buy new ones.

to get them off, you must unzip the bottom of the seatback 
upholstery, and reach your arm up and spread the parts apart 
to get them to release the metal arm.

To install new ones, you should stick a small socket up to 
push the points of the end together to get it into the hole.
