[Shotimes] Spoiler Brake Light, LEDs

For anybody with a burned out LED (and not just a bad wire), isn't the
obvious solution to just get a used spoiler from Al?? Even if it needs to be
repainted, it sounds like a much easier solution!!

When I opened up a bad one it looked like the LED's were wired in several
series circuits but I couldn't tell what caused a total failure of the
entire light.  IIRC Al Fitz said that the most common failure that he has
seen is the supply or ground wires breaking.

If the LEDs are in series, the whole unit wouldn't work if a single LED was
bad.
