[Shotimes] (OT) Farmers Insurance

Does anyone on the list have any experience filing a claim with Farmers
Insurance?  Yesterday, a guy in a Ford F250 ran a stop sign and crushed the
left rear fender of my Acura and so far today I haven't had much luck
getting the Farmers claims adjuster to return my call.  I realize it's only
been one day but I just don't trust insurance companies.
