[Shotimes] 80mm MAF failure, ~$price? (HELP)

Hello,

It seems I have my Luck with these MAFs.  I beleive I
ordered them through carparts.com for a Lincoln MARK
VIII, 1996 version?  I'm not sure if I got this right,
but at the previous times, everyone told me it was the
right make, year and such..

I have bought a total of four.  Three for each of our
SHOs in our household, and one replacement one for one
I had for a full year that Failed.  The one that
failed was MY daily driver, and yet I think it failed
on my again. :(  Reasons why I beleive it's the MAF
and not the LPM or any other sensor, I swap out all
the possibilities and MAFs, etc. and isolated it to my
MAF. 

This stems back to my previous postings of a
hole/surge from 3k-rpms - 4k-rpms which is lost of
power, severly.

I swapped MAFs and it's all great again..   


- How much do they cost now a days?
- Where can I find one besides re-manufactured
carparts.com?
- What am I doing that may have killed the MAF, each
lasted only ~1-year.
- Anyone else have similar problems?

Recently within the last three weeks, I've been
getting 14 miles per-gallon with this bad MAF, not not
100% sure if it's soley the MAF or not..   I'll swithc
MAFs and it's ok for now, haven't had long-term
testing with my other MAFs, it's my next step..
