If he was talking about the the sway bar it should not 
effect ride height at all.  The sway bar is not in tension 
when both wheels are sitting level.  It only comes into play 
when one wheel moves up or down in relationship to the 
other.  The bar can tip up or down quite a bit, so the only 
real effect would be possible interference or a slight 
change in the sway bar tension when the wheels move.
