Exactly what "handling is done at the dragstrip? Removing the bar is more
the norm!!

It is as was stated earlier.....mounting the bar too high or low can affect
the way the car "bends" the bar, and may affect ultimate bar reaction if the
ends are at too much of an angle, but bar size and bushing material will
affect comfort.

No offense, but circle track and drag guys are about the LAST people that I
would ask about good street suspension setups!! They has some of the most
bizarre suspensions setups around!!

The stock location of the bar is no where near ideal. The bar sits at an
angle for ride comfort - NOT handling.. Speak to anyone that "knows"
suspension and they will say the same thing.. Or go look at any Circle track
car or even drag car. ALL bars must sit flat for handling.
