Huh boy...drove home for the holidays. NC to MT. The
SHO didn't do too bad. Got about 26 mpg, I was rather
impressed. 5 days. Stayed a night in Chicago, did some
Christmas shopping there. There's a nice shoe store
down on North State St. and...Ohio maybe??? Forget
where it was at now, but got some running shoes for my
dad. Some for me too. Now I remember why I'm
writing... Saw a 2-Dr Sable just south of Chicago.
'92-'95, Dark green, had a luggage rack on the back of
it. I'd say the doors were about 6-12" longer than my
front doors. Did Ford/Mercury actually make a 2-dr
sedan? Or was this a custom built job? Looked rather
nice, too bad it didn't have a yamaha in it. Wasn't
someone up here building a SHO coupe?
