[Shotimes] Encounter with a Marauder

Haven't seen too many of these cars, but someone was driving obnoxiously
around here tonight so I wanted to see what the fuss was about.  Took me a
small bit to verify it wasn't a disguised trooper.  Finally got to a
traffic light were I could see how this thing performed.  Even after
squealing the wheels, I still got a jump on him and was outpacing him
until I came up on another car (his lane was clear).  Had broken into
triple digits by this time.  The only information I could find about this
car is that it produces about 318 ft/lbs of torque and is estimated to be
a 7.5sec 0-60 car but it sure seemed stronger than that.  Judging by the
worn rear tires, I suppose it could have been modded.
