And, before that, the Apollo disaster was within a week of this time, too.  In fact,
this crew that died today had a moment of silence while airborne a couple of days
ago to commemorate the losses on those two days.

Exploring the far reaches of our environment definitely is dangerous......many years
of no problems does not decrease the danger.
