First of all, what were you trying to do?

Chlorine is nasty stuff; you can kill yourself if you inhale the vapors
that are produced after its been mixed with certain other chemicals.

I recently mixed a small amount (<30ml each) of 5% H2O2 and 4% Chlorine
Bleach.  There was a rather violent reaction.  What did I make and what
are the hazards?
