[Shotimes] Oil pressure light on

I'd get her to order up a bottle of Auto-RX before she gets the cars oil
changed. They usually have a bottle to ya in 2-3 days, and you'd want to
have her add it while having the oil changed. Auto-RX cleans the buildup
outta the lubrication system over the course of about 500miles, which with
98k on it might be adding to the problem a little. Is she the first owner of
the car? Who knows if someone did happen to go long on the oil changes? When
I picked up my 94MTX the engine wasn't filthy, but it had spent its first 7
years on a diet of the Quaker State, with 5000 or 6 month change intervals.
So this my car had about 13 to 14 oilchanges before I got it. I ran Auto-RX
thru it and I ended up with a much smoother running engine, and I know some
ppl will say I'm crazy, but looking into the oil fill hole at idle before
and after the Auto-RX I swear I saw a higher volume of oil sloshing around
in there. Then I changed to synthetic, but lets not open up that debate.

Auto-RX will mix with the oil and slowly disolve the junk, including prolly
cleaning any crap that could be blocking the pump screen. That coupled with
the presure sender would be the first "easy" places to look. Provided the
car is drivable and the oil pressure light shuts off once its past idle.

I think Paul Nimz has experience with Auto-RX too.
