Yeah, like I said, a balance :-)  I need some more cents, too...  Oh, you
said scents, don't need any more of that...  Errr, wait a sec, sense!  OK, I
may be lacking any sense at all :-)

Cool, I like that idea of pushing it to the beach!  Gee, I could probably
give everyone that shows up to help 2 weeks free rent :-)  It's kind of
cool, I have a mortgage on it, but no "payments", since I have it rented up
to June!  Gotta keep those summer months open for my family :-)
