[Shotimes] thump thump thump on launch left

Ok, here's my second problem that I'll adress while I'm not driving the car. 
When I would start from a dead stop into a left turn I'm fine. If I'm trying 
to do that quickly(say not getting run over by soccer mom on the cell phone 
in the navigator) the back end makes this thump thump thump thump and it's 
really LOUD. Loud enough to make all conversation stop, have everyone look at 
me, and have me say "just something I haven't fixed yet". Ok guys and gals, 
it's in the rear drivers side, are we talking sway bar since it's only under 
power, are we talking strut rubber dealy(too early, can't think of the name) 
or is it mysterious part X. Any help would be great guys. Thanks -Steve Bowen
