[Shotimes] Timing Belt Manufacturer

While I don't know the manufacturer, the OEM belts for the SHO engine have a
large KOA or KOB imprinted on the belt.  Replacement FoMoCo belts also
likely have this.

The Gates T248 is a suggested replacement.  About $40 from Rockauto.
