[Shotimes] OT- 3.8l Distributor Installation

Been awhile since I did a distributor, but IIRC it will have a small
mechanical advance built in before running, and if you have the engine at
TDC compression stroke, the rotor will already be passing the no.1 contact.
IOW it will be coming to the contact while the engine is before TDC.
