You are right!

There should be a session for the novices that have never been on a track
before.  Male or female should not even be brought to mention.   Maybe that
should be called the "coached session" were somekind of expierenced driver
talks the novices around the course.  BTDT and it was a real help.  And this
coach helps make sure that the novices aren't in the way of the faster cars.
