[Shotimes] Shipping Sway Bar

Just apply two shipping tags to it and send it.  One taped on to the bar 
itself, and one attached with a wire through an end hole.  Josh from SHONUT 
sent mine that way three years ago and there were no problems.  Those things 
are tough.
