[Shotimes] Clutch time

if you pull the starter off, you can look at the edge of the
flywheel/pressure plate.  If you can see and feel the edge of the PP, and
it's the same OD as the FW, then it's the 9.75" set-up.

If you have the old set-up, you'll need the later flywheel
