[Shotimes] Clutch time

IIRC, the '90's got the correct clutch from the factory. I believe the
recall only affected some of the '89's.

A new flywheel is required. You can email Josh and there is a way to look at
the flywheel with the motor in the car and tell if you have the upgrade or
not.
