[Shotimes] Valve lash done.....but car seems weaker now.

I'll be finishing up my online version of my valve worksheet later tonight.
Most of the valves got tightened up a bit, but I also was lacking in many of
the shims I needed to to the job completely. I'm gonna end up with the
covers off again this spring and I'll be ordering up shims so that I can get
everything to the same specs. Since I have the numbers now and I can't see
them changing much over the next 3 to 4 k. I really wanted to get everything
to the same, but the shoshop kit was lacking seriously in the sizes of shims
I needed. I do how ever have 2 very tight intak valves now on the back bank
which cause of a lack of shims I ended up setting to a gap of .127mm vs the
.15 recomened low end. I have heard of others setting thier shims
agressively like that for added lift. But I didn't want to make a habit of
it. My cams show a light wear/polished spot at the end of the lobe, but from
many of the pictures I have seen it appears to be normal. Hopefully they
could still be used as a core for the Stage I cams this summer. Anyhow, I'll
have my valve worksheet done tonight along with a mass of pictures if anyone
is interested.

Bruce
