[Shotimes] Question about windshield wipers on '91

Hi Don-
The wiper arms on my '91 also have the underturned U. I am pretty sure they
are original, since I have owned the car since '94 and have never changed
the arms, only the blades. (Also, it is unlikely they would have worn out
here in San Diego - not much rain)
