Hi folks,
I think it's time to let my "baby" go. I have a 90 SHO in
EXCELLENT mechanical condition for sale in IL. This cars has a number of
upgrades, including:
Tokico struts
front and rear strut tower braces
Autometer oil pressure gauge
16" white slicer rims (original rims can be included)
white face gauges
Nakamichi CD receiver wired into original JBL amp/speakers
This car is mechanically great; runs like a champ, and oil
pressure is a steady 10-12lbs at HOT idle, no matter how long it's been
running. Pressure is also steady at highway speeds.
To top that, I have a spare engine and tranny from a 92 SHO that
have 90K miles on them! Also have a SHO subframe that can go with the
car.
Had 60K service done at 120K (receipt available; work was done at
Performance Plus, and they also did the water pump at that time). Car has
140K on it now, and has been switched to synthetic oil. No leaks that I
can see.
The weak spots: front seats (tan leather) are worn. Driver side
rear window works but makes squeaking noise when lowered or raised;
probably just needs adjusted in the track. Body is decent for year; has a
few spots of surface rust, but no rust-through. A few areas that need to
be straightened, too (a little dinged up; nothing major).
Color is Oxford White, tan leather interior. Does has sunroof (no
leaks).
I'd like to get $2600 with the extras, but am open to offers. Car
is in Charleston, IL. Fly in and drive it out!
Thanks!
