Pennsylvania has Classic, Hot Rod, and Antique plates.  25 years for 
Antique, and 15 years for classic.  and I could hotrod out anything at all.

always wanted to put a blower on a school bus.  or do liek monster garage 
and make one into a pntoon boat.

In Missouri it takes 25 before you can apply for historic plates.

But I think the SHO is classic now... =)

Isn't there another 10 years to go? Seems as 25 years is the cutoff for a
lot of car situations that are called "classic".
