Yes. Haven't done either. It took me to 36 to total a car! ; )
And that was my only accident too.

Gee, Ron, what rock have you been living under?? ;-)

All has to do with insurance stats, it's been this way for MANY years (even
back when I was a teenager in the '60s).

But, the insurance drops for married kids under 25.

Think car insurance is bad? Try renting a car if you're under 25......good
luck!!

Also good luck on the lawsuit........there isn't much of a prayer that
anyone could win, the stats are against it.

Besides, if someone is that rich under the age of 25, get an umbrella
policy, and self-insure yourself on your cars (obviously getting the minimum
coverage to get plates in your state).

Question for the group: Is there anyone out there who got their license at
16 and didn't either (1) total out a car, or (2)have a serious accident,
before they were 25?

25 years old? What happens when you turn 25 that is different than when you
are 24? Or 23? Or 18, for that matter? Gee, I guess if I hussle, get
through college, get an awesome job, and at 23yo, I can afford to get a '70
Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona (not to mention the nice house with awesome
climate controlled garage), and I cannot get the classic plates for the car.
Sounds like a lawsuit just waiting to happen. Not that I am 23 (lol, far
from it), or could afford the Ferrari (wish I could), just playing devil's
advocate ;-)
