[Shotimes] Battery Light question

Using only one wire requires the alternator to complete it's circuit via the
engine block. Not a real problem if you have a good ground to the block, but
resistance is higher and you will lose voltage.
Also, at least on the alternators in the 95's, if you disconnect the wire
for the warning indicator, the regulator shuts down the output. Sure, it
will run, for a while...
