I'm currently bidding on a Handspring Treo 90. I've been looking at Palm
M515s, and the Treo 90s. The Treo 90s are a bit smaller. have the built-in
keyboard, and are, well, just cooler.

They aren't even bad to buy new. They are $299.99, plus they will throw in a
DVD player (a $110 value, they say) along with it. Since I don't care about
the DVD player, I can get one on Ebay for around $200 delivered.

That's what I had, but its not rechargeable and there is no backlight.
Very difficult to read..

the sony clie SL10 is a good buy at 129.99  and is expandable with
memory stick cards.

the display is 320 x 320 unlike palms which use a 160 x 160

the clie is tiny too =P
