If anyone is thinking about spending a good amount of money on a sound system
take a look at JL audios selection. I've got an older W6 12'' in a small non
ported box that's being pushed by a kicker 240 amp and it sounds great. A very
low bass that moves you more than break your frickin ear drums. I like to feel
the bass not hear it as much if you know what I mean. Let the mids and tweets
kill your hearing not the bass. JL is also coming out with some good mids too,
check them out.
