[Shotimes] 94 ATX strut questions

My '98 seems to be between its problem periods with the transmission done and
cams welded, so I'm now tackling all the issues on the girlfriend's 94 ATX,
this time its struts and springs.  
She has available to her a '92 MTX parts car with under 35k on the clock. 
Springs and struts are all available cheap and I was curious to know if these
parts can be swapped into her car.  Any known issues with spring rates, strut
differences, etc between the ATX and MTX cars or the years?
