[Shotimes] Disengage parking brake

Does anyone know how to disengage the parking brake at the rear wheels?
My right side seems to be stuck.  I can smell the warm breaks and the
pedal travels very easily at first when engaging the parking break.  I
need to drive the car tomorrow morning so I am hoping that there is
something easy I can do to fix it.  Thanks

Finally got my car back today!!  Yay!!  It looks great!
