[Shotimes] spoiler useage

Supposedly functional in that it is capable of transmitting force to the
rear of the car to hold it to the road..  The followup article was never
posted, but I recall some fools doing high speed tests without the spoiler
and reporting the car becoming unstable.
Myself, I kinda like it.
