[Shotimes] OT win98 component

I have given up on Microsoft Fax after trying to get it to work on two W98 
machines. I would get all of the correct old files and it would work one 
time only. I followed all of the instructions on the W98SE disk and from the 
MS Help pages. I would suggest getting a shareware fax program or use one 
that comes with a modem driver CD. I have had good luck with "Mighty Fax".
