[Shotimes] leaking injector

It is unlikely that a sticking injector will leak enough to 
effect gas mileage.  You could still have one leaking, but 
it would only leak for a short period. Doubt it would leak 
enough to cause hard starting.

More likely you have a stuck thermostat causing the car to 
run rich all the time, burning up your cat converters, 
washing down your cylinder walls and causing other havoc. 
Check the temp gauge.  Does it ride in the cool zone all the 
time except very warm weather?  If so, then put in a new 
Thermostat and chances are your mileage will go up.
