[Shotimes] EGR passages/CE light

Greetings and Happy 2003 Shofriends:
I finally got around to removing the intake (for the
second time) on the 95 to add a new thermostat and
plug wires. That part of the job went well execpt for
the small mistake of reversing plug wires 5 and 6
which made itself readily apparent, and was rectified.
I also cleaned the EGR passages until I could not see
straight!!!!

BUT, I am still getting the dreaded CE light along
with its attendant code for "insufficient EGR flow
detected". I think the valve is doing its job as I
just passed my emission test, and the car runs fine.
Next guess from the helpful :) posts here is DPFE
sensor.
So.... where is the best place to find one, and what
should I pay for it. How might I test the old one?
Does anyone have one that they bought thinking theirs
was bad and discovered otherwise?
Other than that, the SHO still runs and looks good for
7 years old and 81k miles. Like many of us, I would
like to drive something different and new, but have
not seen anything yet that has convinced me to put up
with car payments again :)

Thanks in advance as usual.
