Erik,
Gates makes a 3-1/2 inch hose for HD truck cooling system applications. It
comes in 3 foot lengths and at least two grades. The "green strip" hose is
the best, but a little pricey. It's very well suited for intake hose,
however. You can find it at HD truck garages/repair centers or through
McMaster-Carr (IIRC).
Alan
PS If you want to transition from the stock convoluted hose to a hose with
3-1/2" ID, I have a couple extra 2 inch long, aluminum adapter pieces that
are 3-1/4" OD at one end and 3-1/2" OD on the other. The inside makes a very
smooth conical transition so flow loss is minimal through this adapter.
There are available for $25 ea.
