[Shotimes] A/C Fuse?

Trying to track down some gremlins on my 91 SHO. I could use the number 
for the A/C fuse. I can't find the manual. Also, are the electric 
radiator fans tied to the operation of the A/C fans in any way? I've had 
an A/C issue that coincided with overheating while at a stop/low speed. 
I'm suspecting the two problems are related, and that the electric fans 
are needed for the proper operation of the A/C condensor.
