[Shotimes] Continued emissions test failure

Hi Paul,

I will have Andy come look at this post when he gets in.  I will tell him to 
ignore the 543 code.  He forgot to say in the previous post that the OD isn't 
working.  The 632 code we always get. 

As far as the Autozone stuff goes, I will  let him decide that.  

The reason I think O2 sensors, is that when I first had the car into 
Performance Plus 3 years ago, they replaced the rear sensor due to the CE 
light.  On my way home it still was on more than off.  Andy replaced it with 
another one and still the same thing.  He has cleaned the EGR ports and we 
still get the CE light.  Hence my thinking it may be the O2 sensors.
