[Shotimes] ATX OD

So, Kirk, would you advise those who have to puts around city streets going
30-40mph to use their OD button and keep the car from lugging, extraneous
3-4-3 shifting, and just in general keep the RPMs up a tad (we're only
talking 1800-2000rpms in 3rd gear) ?
