[Shotimes] 93 ATX Shift Lock

Hi.. I have a 93 with an ATX and the shift lock isnt working, along with the
brake lights, cruise control and power antenna. I replaced the brake light
switch but this didnt do anything. I havent checked for power to the switch
yet (because like a dumb ass I assumed the switch was defective), but will be
doing that in about 15 minutes. Has anyone else had or heard of this problem?
Does anyone have a fuse block diagram?
