Hey George, Wisconsin's TRUELY happy cows got 3 awards for the cheeses produced from their milk in this months Bon Appetit. When asked about this prestigious award one of the cows said "Moo, we're pleased to, moo, to accept this award, moo, on behalf of all the, moo, cows in Wisconsin".
