[Shotimes] lost MPG due to fuel pump?

[Steve Tatro]

Tried it on my '93 today and my dad's '95 Sable tonight, and they both do
the same thing.  Completely depress the gas pedal, try to start the car, and
it just cranks and cranks and cranks.  Release the gas, try to start again,
and they fire right up.
