[Shotimes] lost MPG due to fuel pump?

Until you can get this process to prime the oil passages without turning the
motor AT ALL, the "fill the oil filter" proponents will never fade away (I'm
one, but I LIKE my car). Now, who's gonna find a way to prime the oil
passages everytime the car is started (without lugging about an oil
sump)????
