If you had the valve lash done before, I wouldn't even worry about it. About
the only issue now is the timing belt. If it wasn't replaced yet, get it
done, otherwise if a valve adjustment and a new timing belt were done in the
past, save you money and don't do anything a this point.
If you have the money at the time, get the valve lash, timing belt, hoses,
belts, and water pump done at 150K or so.
