Hey David,
It's nice to find another Montrealer on the list (I'm in Brossard
myself)... I'm running 16" Nokian Hakkapeliitta Q on slicers, and also
have Nokian Q's on my wife's car ('96 Protege), tried them first on the SHO
and now I'm sold to these tires for life. Not high-perf but they handle &
stick very well. I ran several winters on various 4-season tires, you
don't know what you're missing until you mount the real stuff.
This weekend the SHO gets a new radiator (leaky plastic side tanks),
unfortunately only a few months after I did the water pump & thermostat, so
I have to empty the cooling system once again. Oh well...
BTW, the SHO is GREAT in the snow !
