[Shotimes] Cold Weather MPG

The tire pressures are all 32psi in the cold, normally 
35psi.

No, I don't let it warm up.  I start it, let the idle come 
down, and take off, about a minute.  Which reminds me, we 
need a seat warmer group buy!
