And I have a set of 4, 1996 Windstar aluminum rims for sale, too, 15 X 7 I
believe. Can send pictures if requested. Took them off and put on 2000
Taurus 16 X 7 aluminum five spokes painted royal blue to match the van.
$200/make offer. (Sorry if this infringes on your sales territory, George,
but surely the same vehicle can't use both set of wheels, right?)

Subject: [Shotimes] Crown Vic wheels for sale
This is directed towards anyone who has a Crown Victoria they want to keep
and maybe
upgrade (depending on what wheels their cars have already....!)
I'm finally authorized to start doing car restorations and upgrades to the
derelict
fleet of vehicles that are orbiting around the house. Among them is the '99
Crown
Vic that was going to get a wheel and tire upgrade sometime or other. Well,
that
time is now. I will soon have for sale the stock 16 inch aluminum wheels
that the
car came with...I don't think there is a good picture of them on the
website. I'll
post one. They are dished aluminum, with large metal flush mounted center
caps like
SHO wheels have. I'm going to 17 inch, to fill the wheelwells a little
more,
without lowering it, since there are no aftermarket springs.
They shine up like new. I'll get the width next time I am near the car.
It's been
hibernating all winter, not needed since we are not tripping, and no SHOs
have died
anytime recently.
$200 for the set? I'd bet they are over $125 each from Ford.
George
