  TSB 94-5-5 1993-94 Taurus/Sable
Brakes- Anti-lock- Pedal has extra travel
Air/leaks in MC or valve block.
         Inspect for leaks
         Bleed entire system
If not corrected, replace MC or valve block

  TSB 98-5A-7 1993 Taurus/Sable
Brakes- Anti-lock- Brake pedal has "slip/stick" condition after
application
The service brake pedal may have a "slip/stick" condition when
the brake is applied. A noise/vibration can be heard or felt in the
brake pedal on a slow apply and release of the brake pedal after the
engine compartment has warmed up. Vehicle braking is not affected by
this pedal condition. Replace the brake booster.

That's about it for TSB's. Neither is listed for 1995. There are
quite a few on rotor & pad NVH 1989-95.
I'd guess booster and/or pedal linkage.
