[Shotimes] Speedo and ETAC

The computer doesn't know the AC system is gone, so it still acts as if the
load of the AC compressor is being applied.

During normal conditions, the computer tries to compensate for the added
load at compressor engagement.  No compressor, the engine speeds up since
the load wasn't there.
